睡前來個10分鐘伸展操,消水腫讓腿部線條更好看~幫助提升運動表現,對跑者也是非常好的伸展操喔🤍

1️⃣HIP SWIVEL
雙腳打開後90度往右/左方倒,膝蓋盡可能地貼地板,保持上半身朝前;停留10秒,左右各十次
2️⃣90/90 POSITION LEAN FORWARD
維持上一個姿勢,將上半身整個朝左/右方扭轉;可以的話將手肘貼地
如果柔軟度夠軟,再將整個身體往下趴,但記住重點是在於拉伸臀部肌群;10秒後換邊,左右各3次
3️⃣CROSS& LIFT LEG
左腳盤坐地板,右腳膝蓋跨過左腳,左手手肘靠在右腳的膝蓋上,雙手合掌。上半身往雙腿靠近,感覺右腳的腿後側被拉伸,10秒後換邊,左右各三次
4️⃣MANDUKASANA
青蛙趴跨
慢慢地呼吸,將胯放鬆,臀部因重力往下沉,直至胯根貼地,髖打不開就在最痠的地方停留;停留10秒,來回3次
(分階段拉伸,影片五&六都是)
5️⃣LUNGE POSITION W/ TWIST
左弓箭步右膝蓋點地&右腳腳背貼地,將髖向下向前壓,雙手扶地板身體稍微向左扭轉;如果可以的話手肘貼地
停留10秒,左右各5次
6️⃣LIFT UP BACK LEGS
回到膝蓋點地的位置,右手將右腳的腳背拉起,盡可能往臀部貼近
停留10秒,左右各3次
7️⃣SLIGHT HAMSTRINGS STRETCH
將後腳放下,身體重心往後移。左腳往前伸直腳尖往後勾,主要感受是腿後側的筋整個被拉開來,不需要過度勉強身體向下趴
停留10秒,左右各3次

Stretch Before Sleep 👉🏻睡前伸展
這次的影片比較特別一點
以往都是在講訓練比較多
但我們絕對不會不能忽略伸展的重要性
伸展真的很重要
比較緊繃的肌肉缺乏彈性是很容易受傷的
就好比一條橡皮筋緊繃久了會斷掉一樣
我們每天都在使用肌肉的狀況下
修復跟補充營養都非常的重要
那麼以下這些動作你絕對不能錯過!!!
非常非常非常重要!!!
你們可以當作睡前的伸展
好好放鬆一天的疲勞感
或者是早上睡醒之後緩解一下緊繃的肌肉
幫助身體放鬆
兩者都可以看個人的習慣唷🥰

1.Trapezius Muscle斜方肌
2.Deltoid Muscle 三角肌
3.Triceps 三頭肌
4.Hamstrings 腿後側肌群
