Just did this lower body sequence and it felt amazing after a tiring sesh at @f45_training_boatquay earlier.
Hold each pose for 30-60s depending on how you feel but try to stay a lil longer the last few stretches to release tension in the hips. If the back knee needs more support, slide a towel under to make it more comfortable.

How To Stretch Your Quads
Our quads, they are always so tight, aren’t they? Do you know that tight quads affect your backbends as well? So here are some ways you can stretch.
Start from Level 1 and only progress if your body is ready to go a little deeper. How long should you hold? If your body isn’t used to stretching, try holding Level 1 for a min first, then either change sides or progress to level 2/3. Your body will thank you a lot in your next workout when you stretch.

Release Lower Back Tension
My back has been feeling really tight lately cos of CrossFit so I stretched a little today.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1st row:
Always therapeutic and relaxing to start with child’s pose then a couple of cat cow stretches. Inhale arch back, exhale round back 5x.
2nd row:
•Squat: Release tension in the back as you twist and open up the hips too.
•Seated Twist: Keep spike long. Inhale to lengthen spine, exhale to twist.
3rd row:
•Butterfly pose to stretch the spine & inner thighs.
•On your back: Hug knees to chest keeping shoulders down, using core strength to get hips closer to ground to stretch the lower back. Then open legs for happy baby to stretch hamstrings and inner thighs too.
Rest in supine butterfly for a few deep breaths.
4th row:
•Thread The Needle: Stretching the glutes help release tightness in the lower back too. Relax shoulders and lengthen tailbone down to feel the stretch.
Finish with a good spinal twist, breathing into the belly, exhaling from the lower back.
