I didn’t meet my father until I was 6 years old. My parents had a comfortable, middle-class life in Shanghai, or as close as you could get under communism. But they always wanted to live overseas, and just before I was born, my dad came to Sydney to set things up. I don’t know why, but in the end, my mother and I didn’t join him until I was 6.

想請教各位一些問題，
1.我在公司，如果我遇到同事，同事問我在這邊工作多久了
我回答: I have been working here for three years.
這句應該沒錯吧(?)，如有錯請指證
2.主要問題在這邊
如果我說 I have worked for three years in XXXX.
意思是，我在XXX公司待過三年，且現在已經離職了
還是說，只是強調我在XXX公司待過三年，沒有提供現在是否在職的訊息
3.還有我在英文文法網站有看到一句英文
You have grown since last time i saw you.
我疑問是不能用進行式、或是現在完成進行式?
還是這句強調的是在這兩年間的變化，所以選用這句
問題有點奇怪，
希望有人能解答!

關於第二點還是有點疑問
1.(a) I have worked for xxx for 2 years.
我在某些公司有兩年的經驗(沒表明自己是否還在XXX公司)
1.(b)I worked for xxx for 2 years.
用過去式表達這件事情開頭-結束都在過去發生完了，所以我可以知道他已經不在那間
公司了.
1.(c)I had worked for xxx for 2 years until i left.
我在離開XXXX之前有兩年的工作經驗
所以(b)、(c)在這裡算是同樣的意思對吧?
2.gentianpan: 別忘了 context.. 長大，非成長中。Be specific, 否則會誤導
這邊有點不明白，我再花點時間翻翻英文字典了解一下
我換個例子好了
(a)如果我離開我家鄉很久，回去發現改變很多.
可以說
The town has changed a lot.
說話的點在過去到現在的改變，現在或未來有沒有改變不重要
所以我選擇用現在完成式，而不是現在完成進行式
(b)
如果今天在一個都市，看多很多公共工程正在實施
我可以說
The town is changing.
(c)
如果我朋友來找我，他的表請看起來覺得我住的地方變很多
我可以說
The town has been changing for two years.
這邊從兩年前就開始改變了(而現在也正在改變)
這樣對嗎?
因為想搞懂對錯的原因到底是文法錯誤還是情境使用錯誤
