I didn’t attempt any 18.4 because was injury by an accident . But always feel it’s my workout due to the movements . Although some people feel the HSPU standard is not fair and hard to reach .
Well, luckily I’m one of the most simple person among the world so the body proportion doesn’t affect me at all . Plus we @fitnessacademyhk always reach the movement standard for any workout.

這次open20.1學到的教訓是 不 要 爆 衝。

已經是第三次做DIANE ,每次都比上一次快30秒,這樣的進步覺得開心,而且這次沒有狼狽的死在地上。
.
即使是很有把握的硬舉也乖乖的拆開來做,維持速度不搶快,倒立肩推有比以前更穩定,但也是維持節奏,這樣的配速反而比之前快也完全不累。

下次目標六分內。

Remember they were not Fresh at all after all shit.
