GÓC REVIEW: Tập tạ trên bờ chán quá rồi thì làm gì, thì đi tập tạ dưới nước thử coi sao💧

Các nàng đã nghe nói đến TẠ NƯỚC bao giờ chưa nhỉ? Rosie vừa mới tậu một cặp tạ nước của Water Weight Club và cảm thấy khá hài lòng sau khi dùng vài lần nên review cho các nàng đang muốn thay đổi không khí trong phòng gym đây. Cái này không cần phải biết bơi mới tập được nhé, chỉ cần đứng dưới hồ và làm tập các động tác giống như khi mình tập ở phòng thôi, điểm khác biệt là mình cần balance cơ thể với lực cản của nước cho nên rất thú vị nha quý dị 😍

Có rất nhiều bài tập Low-Impact với cường độ cao mình có thể tập dưới nước như là Bicep Curls, Lateral Lifts, Kick Backs, Knee Ups...và thiệt sự mới làm 4-5 reps là thấy hơi hơi mỏi rồi đó😂. Giá cả thì không quá đắt nếu mua trên Lazada, còn ở website Rosie thấy đang có giá gần 39$ nên nếu muốn tậu em nó thì nên lên Laz để có deal tốt hơn nha. Bạn nào cần mua thì direct Rosie gửi link cho đỡ kiếm, chớ tui không PR công khai trên này nhá😅.

Nói chung là Rosie khá thích em tạ này, vừa giúp mình relax vừa có thể tập thể dục, vì chất liệu dễ nổi trên mặt nước nên Rosie tận dụng làm phao để bám vào tập bơi luôn, cực kỳ tiện lợi nhé khỏi phải mua áo phao hehee. Cho nên bạn nào hay đi bơi nè, hoặc là muốn thay đổi không khí phòng tập, hoặc là vừa muốn tập bơi vừa muốn tập gym thì có thể sắm một cặp về nha. Để bữa nào Rosie làm một video các bài tập dưới nước để các bạn tham khảo tập theo, chăm chỉ luyện tập đi nào nùa bikini sắp tới rồi đóooooooo!

🔴MY REVIEW: I love every AHHH_NZ product I’ve tried. I stumbled across them while trying to be less wasteful in my life, these products last a long time so while it might seem like a large upfront cost for soaps, moisturizers, shampoos or conditioners and scrubs, in the long run I save money because I do not need to replace them as often and also helping the environment. I especially love that the ingredients in each product are beneficial to my skin and hair. Definitely recommend.

🔴MY REVIEW: Beautiful shower steamers. Sturdy and cute packaging that would make for great Christmas/New Year gifting. The scents are great and not overpowering, I love how subtle they are. The aroma is definitely delightful and adds an extra level of comfort to a good hot shower. Overall, a great gift for anyone who enjoys taking long showers. Highly recommend.
