Day 20 of my fitness diary. Today I went for a walk, weights, tension hold, a minuite plank and just did a 30 minute low impact cardio workout. So far I'm feeling great knackered but still positive. And as promised i would like to keep @germaineyeap updated in my progress as she has kept me motivated and inspired. ☺
