AP Flour 多用途麵粉 30g

Nutmeg 豆蔻 1tsp

Cayenne powder 辣椒粉 1tsp
MORNAY SAUCE
Béchamel Sauce 200ml
Egg yolk 雞蛋黃 2pcs
Emmental Cheese 埃文達芝士 50g
HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
Unsalted butter 無鹽牛油 200g
Egg yolk 雞蛋黃 4pcs
White vinegar 白醋 1tbsp
Lemon juice 檸檬汁 2tsp
Salt 鹽 1tsp
MOUSSELINE SAUCE
