This Japanese fruit sandwich is going to become my favourite for the whole summer!

This sandwich is normal just using two slices of bread and filled with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
But I used half whipped cream + half homeade vanilla yogurt to make the filling a bit lighter and no need to add extra sweetness. （so seems even healthier!)

The key is to place the fruit
symmetrically aligned with where you will be cutting when slicing the sandwiches in half. So that you can get a perfect cross-section of the fruit!

這個不但好看而且真的太好吃了啦，拜託大家跟著Yun一起來做一次。

每年幾乎都是差不多復活節（約是台灣的清明節）過後，我就會把優格機拿出來，開始以2-3周一罐的頻率產出自製優格。
這週採買食材時，也一併帶了罐鮮奶油回來，來做香草優格口味的水果三明治。

#超簡易作法
打發鮮奶油和自製優格以1:1的比例混合均勻。混合比例可以自己斟酌，搭配不同口味的優格，做出來的甜度也不同。我用的是 #香草口味優格粉，以1:1的比例製作出來的奶油優格糊，完全超級不甜喔！

#小技巧
比較需要注意的是加越多優格，奶油糊的質地會越流質。所以要把握好 #稠度 和 #低溫 兩大重點。

因為家中沒有保鮮膜已久，所以堆疊好的三明治，我是用 #無漂白烘焙紙 包起來後，放進冰箱冷藏。接著三明治包起來後記得用畫筆做上裁切方向的記號。

The finger shaped Danish is 'Sukuna's Danish Cornet'. It's whipped cream cornet. The finger is Sukuna's finger. Sukuna is Curse King who is sealed now. He will be back in full force when he get back his all fingers.

7 Eleven Foods 'Maritozzo' and 'Taiwan Castella Cream Sandwich'. Maritozzo and Taiwan Castella have been popular recently in Japan. Today's sweets are their convenience store version. Taiwan Castella is fluffy and yummy but I like more Maritozzo's cream and buns balance. Maritozzo is 289 yen(2.6 USD), Taiwan Castella Cream Sandwich is 268 yen(2.4 USD).
