This Dish takes 40 minutes to make, the Baby Shallots are well Caramelized sweet but not burnt, a surprise element within, the crunchy Mushrooms & 4 small Abalones absorbed in all the sauce & bird flavors. Surprisingly for the short cooking period, the braising liquid has penetrated into the well marinated Pigeon meat.. 🎦
