NIVEA Whitening & Firming Body Care Review
A good skin makes a women has the confident and comfortable to show off her flawless skin. As you know the fairness of one’s skin is a common beauty goal for Asian women, where as having firm skin makes one appear more youthful. NIVEA is one of very established body care brand not only in Malaysia but also worldwide. It’s every woman’s desire to have beautiful, fair and firm skin.
Here I got a few NIVEA body care products to try on; NIVEA Extra White Firming Body Serum, NIVEA Instant White Firming Body Serum, NIVEA Anti-Age Firming Body Serum, NIVEA Night White Firming Body Serum, NIVEA Extra White Firming Body Lotion and NIVEA Instant White Firming Body Lotion.
The Whitening & Firming range is an innovation to body care as it combines Vitamin C of 95% purity and Q10 in its formulation. As we know Vitamin C of 95% purity has the ability to repair dull and uneven skin caused by sun exposure. Q10 is a powerful skin’s own coenzyme found in every human cell that ensures energy supply for skin cell.
What I like about this new range of serum is that they are come with SPF55 UVA1/UVA2/UVB protection except the Night White Body Serum. UV protection is important for our skin fairness and also anti-aging. The major cause of skin aging is over sun exposure.
NIVEA Extra White Firming Body Serum – enrich with Q10 & camu camu for skin whitening and firming. I like the smooth and milky texture that is not oily or sticky. The mild scent gives a relaxing feel every time I applied on my body. I usually apply this serum all over my body twice a day after I shower. It does not leave any stickiness on my skin.
I can see that NIVEA Extra White Firming Body Serum is working for me gradually. Usually serum is more intense or powerful than lotion. Of course I will choose the best for my skin and will continue to use it.
NIVEA Instant White Firming Body Serum – this is almost the same with extra white but it has slight pigments / color (in light beige) that can even out our skin tone and gives the slight brightening effect after application. It is enriched with Q10 and Vitamin C.
NIVEA Anti-Age Firming Body Serum – this is enriched with soy and Q10 for fairer and younger looking skin. This serum has more skin firming effect and slightly more moisturizing then then Instant White Serum.
NIVEA Night White Firming Body Serum – this body serum doesn’t has any SPF but it’s for night use so it’s alright. The texture is slightly thicker than the Extra White. It’s alright because at night we need more moisture especially for those who sleep in the air conditioning room.
NIVEA Extra White Firming Body Lotion and NIVEA Instant White Firming Body Lotion – both body lotion texture are almost the same except the Instant White is in light beige color for the instant brightening effect. Both are equally smooth and non-oily.
My favourite is the NIVEA Extra White Firming Body Serum because it has the sun protection and also the ingredients that work for my skin. It helps to firm and brightens my overall skin.
