For the smash burgers:
3 burger buns
1 tablespoon butter
3 piece lettuce
3 slices tomato
6 slices American cheese
For the beef:
15 ounces ground beef
Pinch of salt
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons extra light olive oil
For the sauce:
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1 tablespoon mustard

【所需食材】
❇️一片好市多紅龍純牛肉漢堡片(可以網購）
❇️卡宴辣椒粉
❇️黑胡椒
❇️亨氏黃芥末醬+0卡甜菊液2-3滴
❇️蛋一顆
❇️一個漢堡包
❇️小松菜葉
❇️牛番茄切片兩片
【作法】
1.把兩匙黃芥末醬與黑胡椒、蒜末混合，添加0卡甜菊液,連結在首頁
2.把漢堡麵包剖半,放入氣炸烤箱180度烤約3-5分鐘,成表面金黃。
3.熱萬用鍋，調成煎烤模式，下蒜末&好市多冷凍紅龍純牛肉漢堡排(不用解凍),一面煎五分鐘,翻面再煎五~七分鐘
4.打一顆蛋到鍋中,和牛肉漢堡排一起煎,到肉排兩面都微焦熟透,半熟蛋,蛋白凝固,蛋黃半熟
5.拿一個乾淨的盤子,將烤好的漢堡麵包兩面都刷上芥末醬
6.放上生菜、漢堡排、牛番茄切片、半熟蛋,最後放上漢堡麵包(也可以額外添加茄醬)
7.即可開動想用簡單又美味的手作健康半熟蛋牛肉漢堡!:)
