那晚初看《盛夏光年》後，我把DVD又推回了機器，重複看了一次。因為我找不到為什麼感覺有種很難過、好像找到答案去解決今晚的心情。
後來的我，越來越看清原來這部電影中理性看待藝術性中有那麽多缺點和尚可之處，但當年的自己如此單純，好喜歡好喜歡，甚至在某一年的夏天自己去了新城海岸……

《關於yoga retreat》
宮古島是日本當地人非常熱愛的渡假勝地，TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice 2019 日本10大最佳海灘，宮古島就佔了其中三個席位，分別是第1位的與那霸前濱海灘、第2位的砂山海灘和第10位的新城海岸，可見宮古島沙灘的絶美程度！

<細味宮古島>
熱愛海島的我，沖繩是我每年必訪之地，尤其在考獲潛水牌後更喜愛到沖繩，潛進蔚藍的海水中，尋一份安寧。再加上近年廉航新增加了數個直航航班飛往沖繩外島，如石垣和最近的宮古島，令人「想飛」的意欲倍增。
宮古島比我想像中較生活化，亦有不少購物點如：24小時大型超市、運動用品店、港人最愛的藥妝店，主要集中在市中心離機場不遠的一帶。主要的商店街一帶也遍佈了很多不同的特色食店，主打居酒屋和烤肉店，各家店的風格也不同，而且豐儉由人，就隨心選擇你喜歡的一家吧，反正日本美食很少會「中伏」。溫馨提示，畢竟這裏是小島，居民的生活模式還是比較休閒隨心，而且食肆數目遠不及遊客多，最好先訂位，不然要等上好一段時間，甚至吃閉門羹。
在繁華鬧市外，亦有不少文青最愛，以海洋或宮古島故事為主題的特色小店和手作工坊，耐心尋寶定能尋覓獨一無二的精品，除了精品小店，海邊的特色餐廳，像「新城海岸」便擁有細長白沙灘和小餐館，不下水，也是大人小朋友打卡，小休的好地方。
宮古島另一大特色便是其大大小小的細白長沙灘，當中有些更是日本國內排頭幾位的最美沙灘，當中離港口和商店街不遠的「砂山海灘」便是其一。遊人要先徒步落山經過小樹林，便能看見透明如玻璃的海水，和其招牌拱型石，沙灘雖小，但因為鄰近市區，是旅客必到的打卡之選，而且位處島的西北面，剛好是欣賞日落最佳的位置。
相比沖繩主島，宮古島並沒有那麼繁華，天然純樸得多。
