．習慣性熬夜
年輕人嘛哪個會早睡？不少人在晚上12時才開始精彩的一天，煲劇、打機、玩電話，或者無所事事地東摸摸西摸摸，不經不覺就摸到凌晨兩三點！習慣成自然每晚要到半夜才開始有睡意，偶然想早點睡也不能順利入睡。
✔建議方案：提早進行睡前儀式，例如洗澡、刷牙、敷面膜等，逐步提前入睡時間。

．報復性熬夜
「只有半夜才是屬於我的時間。」「媽媽熬的不是夜，是自由。」很熟悉的兩句對白吧？！不少人在白天工作忙碌，或者像全職媽媽般整天都在照顧別人，唯有到晚上才擁有真正屬於自己的時間，明明已經累到不行，但仍然要看一集韓劇或拿著手機不停滑，其實都是在做心理補償。
✔建議方案：適量的放縱是可以的，但不妨列個睡前清單令自己適可宜止，例如打機過了一關就要立即睡覺。

．壓力性熬夜 
香港人工時長為全球之冠，工作壓力大，白天時腦袋不停在轉，到了晚上也未能放鬆，更甚者要把工作帶回家，思慮過多便令人有失眠問題，難以入睡、睡不安寧、多夢都屬於失眠範疇，想睡而不能睡真的非常痛苦。

3 common reasons people stay up late
Modern people have exciting lives. "Going to bed early" seems like a beautiful but unrealistic wish. Everyone knows that sleeping early is good for health. We all know that sleeping late will lead to fatigue and dark eye circles. But every night, there is always a reason for not going to bed! Are any of below your reason for staying up at night? How can a young person go to bed early? Many people start their wonderful day at 12am. Watching dramas, playing games, be on their phones, or doing nothing until 2 or 3am without even realizing it. Over time, you cannot fall asleep earlier even if you try to.
