Last weekend came full circle for me! It almost marks two years since I’ve been on this journey of self discovery and healing with @supparetreat
.
For every retreat that we’ve organised, comes a new set of challenges. But for every women I got to meet, they remind me of my WHY. Why we do it and why it’s important. They’ve taught me so much about resilience and passion, the power of vulnerability and most of all they make me feel seen. Especially on days when I don’t feel like I am loved, or that I am worthy. But then I hear their voices and I feel their strength, and they remind me that I Am loved, I Am worthy and I Am important.

Thank you for this journey. I also couldn’t have done it without my team @rachealkwacz @hannahpatricialo @imsarahlian and my friend @heyjasmineking who recently celebrated her 30th! To be surrounded by these inspiring and powerful women is such a blessing.

And it just came to me that I recently booked a weekend at @sarang_by_the_brook this Saturday. The place we had our very first retreat together! 😍 What a great way to commemorate these two years of growth.

The team and I are so excited for this August edition, we’ve rebirthed a whole new experience for those journeying with us. It was good before, but we’ve taken feedback, delved deeper, allowed more space between, and just really asked ourselves again and again, how can we honor these women that are coming, how can we love on them and allow them room to breathe, find their confidence and voice, listen to their heart, burn the things that are no longer serving, growing, loving, or sparking joy and igniting the things that are? 💥
