#throwback 早前去台北時去了華山1914 行下，點知有意外收獲！原來The Singleton 蘇格登單一麥芽威士忌係華山有個pop-up展覽叫「慢吧」！一入慢吧神秘大門，便可親身體驗「時光慢流」，中間看見旋轉酒吧及放影屏幕，藉著由嗅覺、視覺、觸覺、聽覺以及味覺五感體驗，了解Singleton是如何釀造。由於我冇預先登記，所以無體驗3道菜配威士忌嘅有趣體驗。好彩品牌同事十分好人，讓我邊嚐Singleton12年威士忌，邊欣賞這五感體驗，好cool嘅感受！😎🥃如果你去開台北，記得唔好錯過，可在網上預約，做到10月10日！Cheers! 🎉
#throwback went to Taipei a while ago & visited @HuaShan 1914 Creative Park & bumped into an unexpected experience! The Singleton Single Malt Whisky has launched a pop-up whisky bar there named as “Wait Bar”! Once u entered the entrance, there is a rotating bar as the centre piece, with curved screen on the sides, where u can experience how The Singleton Single Malt whisky is made slowly with the 5 senses of smell, sight, touch, taste and hear together. I didn’t register, as I didn’t know about it, so I didn’t try the pairing of 3 dishes with whiskies, but The Singleton team was so nice to offer me a dram of Singleton 12 years old, while sipping whisky & experience the rotating bar with 5 senses. It’s really cool! 😎🥃 If u happen to go to Taipei, don’t miss it! It’s there till 10 Oct & u can register online! Cheers! 🎉
