Close friends and families would know that anywhere that requires >20 minutes drive is considered far for us. However, on a rare Sunday night, we drove all the way to Bukit Jalil (only 30 minutes drive actually) to dine at @eatandcook.asia as this place is highly raved by our foodie friends. Let me tell you, totally worth it!!

Eat and Cook features two young Malaysian chefs (only 24 yo!!)– Yong and Lee who have lost their (hotel) job due to the pandemic last year. With talent, hardwork and passion, they started Eat and Cook, an intimate space where unique flavours and local ingredients shine.

Only the finest and freshest ingredients is featured in Eat and Cook’s menu, and the menu changes from time to time. Every meal is crafted depending on what is available that day and can be tailored to your dietary preference and restrictions. The 5 course journey menu comes with 5 dishes of different sensations. Showing you how to avoid sugar in every day foods!
The struggle is real. Its not easy to avoid sugar in today's environment because it seems that sugar has become a staple ingredient in almost everything.

Going out for a meal with a friend, I had to be more mindful of the foods that I wanted to pick from the menu because so much of it sounded like it would have hidden sugars in it.

Then I went to the grocery store and that's where the real challenge of trying to avoid sugar landmines really lies!! Be aware of always reading the labels, the ingredients lists and the nutrition information to find out exactly what you are gettting from your products.

A new food show where we explore some amazing door with the locals. Starting my first episode at my hometown Klang!

Having only one day to raid Mewtwo before I head off to China where Pokémon GO is blocked in most parts of the country, I decided to raid with Isaac in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, starting from the first raid and raid till I had to catch my flight. The results both of us got from all those raids were good, but some of our friends were not as lucky, in fact, they were one of the unluckiest people who were trying to get themselves the elusive Shiny Mewtwo. Random number generator can really be a pain in the butt sometimes and this is one of those times that it does.
