一年前
大概也是這個季節
我跟大家說不要停止運動
因為持續的努力才可以有進步

一年後,好像肌肉量少了,整體肌肉沒以前結實,精神看上去也沒那麼飽滿。

我是不是退步了?
其實不盡是,對於自己來說,能夠恆常地抽時間健身,已經是一種堅持。在訓練過程今年也特別地開始調整訓練重量,改善一些用力的小毛病,一切都在進步當中。
健身不只是改善身型,還有姿勢,關節保護,心肺功能等等,自己在走什麼樣的路,無論是直路彎路兜圈死胡同,也是要自己走出來的,能夠繼續走下去,已經是值得喝采了。各位都要努力!

I wanna tell you that fitness is not just about ur abs, ur pecs or ur shoulders. One year ago I looked stronger bigger and leaner. It was more attractive to many people but the body was weak. My joint mobility is poor, barely do stretching and my flexibility is not good at all. We all have different goals and no matter how you conquer it, it only matters to your own self but not others. I hope you are still working on it and never give up!
