How beautiful is it that you have been in your body since the day you were born? Don’t take your health for granted. Be kind to yourself. We all need more self love & compassion. Don’t forget you have so many incredible moments ahead of you. You are WORTHY of abundance, happy and love. Stop caring so much about what people think, I promise they’re not as obsessed with you as you think they are, so do whatever you wanna do that makes you happy. Spend money on things that will love you back in the long run, personal development, health, trips/experience, therapy. Be a child again, sing, dance, make tik toks whatever, play games & remember to dream ✨ Say yes to that opportunity, be fearless, don’t let fear stop you from doing things that you heart tells you so, so what if you fail and make mistakes, so what if you get hurt? i would rather live a life full of mistakes & learn from it, rather than live a life asking myself the “what ifs” ✨ You are full of powerful light energy so make people comes your way feel special today. Be full of light,love, and gratitude everyday. These are the things i want to continue telling myself before i get old and wrinkly, because i don’t wanna live a life of regrets and stopped by my own limiting beliefs. I love you today, i love you tomorrow, i love you everyday ✨

What is forest bathing? How is it done, and how is it good for you? In celebration of International Day of Forests 2021, our team made this mini film on an increasing popular form of therapy called forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku. Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a wellness practice that started in Japan in the early 1980s.
We invited a bunch of friends to experience this unique activity that’s said to have a vast number of benefits, right here in Singapore. Led by You Min, a certified nature and forest therapy guide from Xiu Nature Connections (@forestbathingsg), here’s how it went.

So the other day I heard about Liangtse Wellness, a high-end luxury Chinese spa that recently opened their first location in the United States right off New York City billionaire’s row. Their therapies include the standards like massage and foot baths but also more exotic treatments like 5 year aged moxibustion and cupping, made famous in the U.S. by Olympian Michael Phelps among others. I asked if I could stop by to try the traditional fire cupping and they were totally down!
