每一邊盡量保持1分鐘至3分鐘(視乎能力而定)
可以加瑜伽磚比自己平衡,
小腿會感覺到”怨”痛係十分正常嘅
因為”銀”住小腿會增加血液節流作用,
放鬆嘅時候衝返血,就會感覺到小腿輕咗
Hold 1mins-3mins for each side(longer is better)
Add yoga blocks to balance if you need

去水腫的方法:
1.做一些增加血液循環的運動(瑜伽)
Do exercises (YOGA) to improve blood circulation
2.少吃加工食品 Eat Less processed food
3.少吃鹽Eat Less Salt
4.補充維他命B6 Intake vitamin B6
5.見字飲多多水,飲水去水腫 Drink plenty of Water !

Is your everything a balance diet, or is it a plate of Char Keow Teow? Or Maggi Goreng?
Know what you eat, then you will slowly grow :)

Carbs gives us energy, so if you say you wanna eat, hey, I’m not gonna stop you but make sure to get your protein intakes too (From Food/Supplements).

YES, I could get that from NATURAL FOOD, but let’s be honest, after how many “Chicken Rice, Whole Breast, NO SAUCE, and NO RICE” will you say enough is enough?🤣🤣🤣🤣

YES, it’s not super GOOD in a long run and all that, so DRINK LOADS of water. 6-8liters A DAY. #EverythingIsNotGoodForUs 😅😅😅

and I hear all of you.... my gym has loads of huge dudes that intimidates many guys and girls...but remember what I said earlier?
They were once SKINNY. Some were OVERWEIGHT too. But with hard work, determination and consistency, they’ve changed into this new person, who has all these muscles protecting their once “skinny bones”.
