感謝你們的生日祝福，超開心！今年還食了3個大蛋糕，兩個純素，一個純生素 Raw Cake(不經高溫烘焙)！超幸福！只能說今年真正開始接觸Raw Cake後，我簡直像中了毒般非常沉迷 🤣 好食到，無時無刻都好想食；而且知道食了不怕肥後，更放肆 😁 這個「抹茶雲呢拿雙層蛋糕」是來自純生素達人 - 綠色心活館的大美人Megan 💕

喜歡抹茶的我覺得抹茶味非常濃郁，稍稍加了雲呢拿，不僅沒有蓋過抹茶味，更令佢無咁苦。若果你不是特別好抹茶的話，可能會覺得偏苦 😇 我幾乎已試過綠色心活館所有Raw Cake: 咖啡朱古力味幾乎是所有人的至愛；朱古力味非常濃郁；岩鹽雲呢拿，少少咸，非常特別 😋 仲有好多迷你版小蛋糕都好正！

生日喎，要食緊係食最好啦！生日週我玩得超開心啊！最後，生日晚餐和家人去了我的近期最愛 - 敬一素食私房菜，仲有85折！超抵食！

Thank you for your birthday wishes, so happy! This year I had 3 big cakes, two vegan, and one vegan Raw Cake! Feeling BLESSED! After I started to know more about Raw Cake this year, I was so addicted. This Matcha Vanila Raw Birthday Cake is actually from Megan (Green Living) 💕

I like matcha, I think the matcha flavor is very strong, with a little bit of vanilla which makes it less bitter. I have almost tried all the Raw Cakes in Green Living: The Mocha flavor is almost everyone’s favorite; the Chocolate flavor is very strong; Rock Salt with Vanila flavor, very special 😋 There are many mini raw cakes that are extremely tasty too!

Let's have the best cake on your special day! I had so much fun during birthday week! Finally, for my birthday dinner with my family, I went to my recent favorite-Jingyi Vegan Private Kitchen, we got 15% off discount !!

以前常常說怕肥不太敢吃太多甜食，現在嘛，我吃再多，腰還是在，這就是蔬食飲食的利害（當然要吃得對和配合運動）。

這個藍莓生機蛋糕，真的好吃到不行（吃之前可以先解冰），中間的藍莓腰果忌廉，入口即溶，忍不住甜甜的說了一聲「mmmm... 好美味啊～」，同事們都大讚好吃！

女生對於甜點真的很難抗拒呢！而且是這麽健康、美味、不傷害動物的蛋糕！😍

[Raw Vegan Blueberry Cake]
I used to scare to have too much sweets because of getting fat. Now, I eat way more than before, and my waist is still here. This is the benefit of the vegan food diet (of course, diet and exercise have to be balanced).

This blueberry raw cake is really delicious, the blueberries cashew cream in the middle melt immediately when you put it in your mouth, "mmmm... yum yum! Colleagues are all agreed it's very tasty!

Girls are really hard to resist for desserts! Especially for such a healthy, delicious cake that doesn't hurt animals as well! 😍
