[What I eat in a day? 我一天吃什麼?] #tbt leg day and no cardio.
Morning: hot green tea (not gonna call it breakfast coz its not breakfast, no food here!!)
Lunch: wanna eat something outside so added a salad to make myself happy. Love pret coz they have calories and nutrition info for easy tracking, had only a little bit of the dressing by dipping + achim original flavoured instant chicken breast
Sweet treat after lunch 午餐後甜點:as usual! chocolate brownie ice cream (whey protein powder mix with unsweetened almond milk) + almond butter + black coffee 與平常一樣巧克力布朗尼雪糕(蛋白粉與無糖杏仁奶拌勻)+ 杏仁醬 + 黑咖啡
Food before leaving office: steamed - spinach + chicken breast (smoked paprika flavoured, home marinated) + choy sum
Pre-training: abt 150g a relatively huge portion of cooked white rice + instant beef tenderloin from tryr
Post-training when home: choy sum +
Tumeric flavoured chicken breast (home marinated, airfried)
Sweet treats before bed: baked a small oatcake for myself with rolled oats + pb + unsweetened almond milk + baking powder (recipe see story highlight), top with pb, 0kcal maple syrup + some nuts - match with hot green tea

Menu: Mangosteen Braised Beef Green Curry, Kua Kling (mince dry curry), Tumeric Roasted Ribs, Mushroom Salad with Roasted Chili Paste, Makrel Fried Rice, - sun dried beef, Sator (stink bean) fried dry curry. Diners can order from her menu for takeaway or delivery but trust us, when we say you should ask for her daily specials or allow her to cook whatever she feels! You should not be disappointed.

Pon Bebels and Cooks with Moe
Recipe: Singgang Bawal Putih (White Pomfret Sour Soup) (From The Malay Kitchen Book)

Ingredients:
50g yellow onions, cut into slices
10g garlic cloves, cut into slice
20g fresh tumeric , shredded (I didn't have any, so use 1/4 tsp tumeric powder)
2 fresh red chillies, cut into thin strips
2 fresh green chillies, cut into thin strips
30gm cooking oil (I used grapeseed oil)
2 dried tamarind pieces, rinsed or 40gm tamarind paste (I like mine sour, so I would have added another tamarind piece)
2tsp salt ( I used my homemade stock)
1/2 sugar
700gm water
700-800g pomfrets (approx 2 small pomfrets) diagonally halved across the fins
Preparation:
1. Place yellow onions, garlic cloves, ginger, tumeric, red chillies, green chillies and cooking oil into mixing bowl, saute 4mins / 120c / speed 1
2. Add dried tamarind pieces, salts, sugar and water. Boil 8min/ 100c/ speed 1
3. Add pomfrets, cook 2 mins 30 secs / Varoma / Reverse Mode / Speed spoon. Let it stand for 2 minutes. Serve hot

光波爐日式燒雞髀沙律
材料:
急凍雞髀3隻
薯仔2個
紅蘿蔔1個
粟米3支
處理:
1. 急凍雞髀,清水解凍。
2. 雞髀,倒去水分,用粗鹽乸15分鐘,去除雪味、腥味,及加入少許鹹味。
3. 雞髀,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,用廚紙索乾。
4. 雞髀,加入調味:
a. 五香粉半茶匙
b. 黃薑粉半茶匙
c. 雞粉半茶匙
d. 生抽半茶匙
e. 花椒半茶匙
f. 油半茶匙
撈勻,放入雪櫃醃1小時,同時抽乾水分。
烹調:
1. 光波爐,用250度,預熱5分鐘。
2. 放雞髀入光波爐。
3. 第1次,用200度燒20分鐘。
4. 第2次,用200度燒20分鐘。
5. 最後,反轉雞髀,用200度燒10分鐘。
6. 薯仔、紅蘿蔔及粟米做好成沙律,放在碟上,雞髀放另一邊。
7. 完成,可享用。
Chicken leg salad with halogen cooking pot
Ingredients:
Frozen chicken legs 3 Nos.
Potatoes 2 Nos.
Carrot 1 No.
Corn 3 Nos.
Preparation:
1. Frozen chicken legs, defrost with tap water.
2. Chicken legs, pour away water. Season with cooking salt for 15 minutes to remove unpleasant smells and tastes and add some salty tastes to them.
3. Chicken legs, rinse thoroughly. Drain. Dry with kitchen towel.
4. Season the chicken legs:
a. Five spices powder 0.5 tsp
b. Tumeric 0.5 tsp
c. Chicken powder 0.5 tsp
d. Light soya sauce 0.5 tsp
e. Sichuan peppercorn 0.5 tsp
f. Oil 0.5 tsp
Mix well. Put into refrigerator and season for 1 hour to dry the chicken legs properly at the same time.
Steps:
1. Halogen cooking pot, preheat at 250 C for 5 minutes.
2. Put chicken legs in the pot.
3. First round, bake at 200 C for 20 minutes.
4. Second round, bake at 200 C for 20 minutes.
5. Finally, flip over the legs, bake at 200 C for 10 minutes.
6. Make salad well with potatoes, carrot, and corn. Put on plate. Put chicken leg on plate as well.
7. Complete. Serve.
