Congrats to my client Kendrick. He has been training with me from Fat Loss to Strength phases. He did triathlon and was a long distance runner. And he never did any strength training in the past years. As you know I found it difficult to add muscle mass & strength on him, because of ectomorph body type. Anyway, Back Squat 110g isn't a big number, but it is a good start. Look! He bought a pair of weightlifting shoes. He is really serious!
