After 10 weeks of rest , now I am back to the gym to start doing at a low impact exercise.

Impian nak pregnant dengan berat yang agak ringan dari pregnancy yang sebelum ni, agak susah nak capai. Sebab nak makan itu ini at the beginning. Tapi sekarang dah berkurangan.
Do you know that, when you pregnant, you just need 0 calories addres to your daily calories intake during 1st trimester.
300 calories addres to daily calorie intake during 2nd trimester
And 500 calories for 3rd trimester to be addres to your normal daily calories intake.
Tapi kita ni dok kata : takpa lah eat for two! Okay ladies, NO SUCH THINGS! You eat only for you. And only recommended calories to be added to your normal calories intake like what i put up here.
So jaga berat badan, supaya nak bersalin senang dan nak pregnant lagi pun mudah.
