Riding my bike in Denmark 🇩🇰 country side was really what living my dream is all about. Ever since I saw images of Ironman Frankfurt, Challenge Roth, and Ironman Nice I’ve always wanted to race in Europe. To finally do it and get a new personal best in 70.3 distance (4:00:23）can’t get much better.

My submission for #timetrialtuesday the real reason why i saved some time on the bike compared to Oceanside wasn’t because I pedaled harder but because I remembered to shave my legs this time. #savewatts definitely 2-5 Watts
