這次水溫用87.6度去沖16克的粉，整個沖煮時間用了1:37秒，熱喝時茶感明顯但不失Body,稍降溫花香、蜂蜜蘆薈甜感出現，常溫時檸檬紅茶。
這隻衣索比亞單品綜合豆，好玩之處在於用各種水溫沖都可以有多種風味變化，或是風味順序輪替，你可以找到適合自己的水溫，也可以隨心情改變水溫去沖煮，單然磨豆刻度也是。
