NEW GEM in Penang Town. Found this @tienhotel.residence on @bookingcom and I quickly booked it. The price is reasonable, I stayed 3D2N for RM425 including breakfast. Its located strategically nearby the common tourist attraction, bus stations and easy access to food

My room was 103, it was superb, and they have jacuzzi with bean bags on 2nd floor. Its cleanliness, interior design and guest service are superb. Raj, the operation executive was very helpful. He helped us coordinate with the restaurant for a takeaway breakfast on 2nd day as we had to leave early for Penang Hill. He also helped us out when we had minor glitch with the restaurant next door. For that, I think I've had great experience staying at Tien Hotel

My first experience using @appellesskin was when I stayed at @tienhotel.residence last weekend. I brought my own toiletries but I just had to give these babies a try. Washing my hair has been a challenge due to multiple hair coloring, my hair is dry and frizzy

Strangely, with this Blackseed Shampoo, I can easily wash my hair smoothly, and it leaves my hair moisturised even with no conditioner. I knew I just had to bring the whole set home (hey hey, I bet I'm not the only one to bring home hotel toiletries) haha

I like how it smells too, it's not too strong. This is an Australian brand btw. So I was kinda amazed how Tien provided their guests with this set. Worth every penny staying there
