2020 lessons: falling up.
at it’s essence, everything in our material universe is a duality. no light without dark, no hot without cold etc. and so it is that the bad of this year cannot exist without its opposite good (somewhere). looking back, many challenges of 2020 have been much needed wake up calls to our collective conscious. whilst it seems like everything is falling down, just as much is awakening and falling up. we just may not be able to see it yet. remembering this, staying patient and grateful was easier said than done this year. a true lesson.

Yoga is a lifelong inner and outer journey.
Wherever you go or whatever you do, always try to practice grounding, feeling grounded is like you are a big, strong tree rooted firmly into the earth even strong wind blow you off but you won’t lose your balance or take you off the direction you are moving forward. When you able to feel grounded, everything you are doing now can help you return to the present moment.
Give yourself a moment, take a few deep breathe, Imagine that there are strong roots growing from your feet deep down into the ground. Feel your breathe and every single movement around your body.
You are loved, connected and supported. You are exactly where you need to be right now.
