每次去我們家附近的榮業行,未必次次買到金不換 Thai sweet basil , 有一次買錯了Basil mint 薄荷羅勒,怎料超級超級辣😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
因為我家 DomDom 生活已經處於退休狀態,就是在家裡處理魚務(對啊,他又開始了養魚,想要開始培養珊瑚 ),每天整理一下貓咪,或是處理一下家裏面的植物,這就是他的生活形態了😌
話說回來,DomDom 就是把金不換種出來了,他只是貪玩,買了兩台無土種植機 Aero garden 而已。
我超愛我媽煮的泰式金不換炒豬肉,如果一邊唱着泰文歌,入邊炒豬肉,會增加風味,大家可以試一下😆
❤️送上我媽媽的泰式金不換炒豬肉食譜:
二人份量:
🔶豬肩肉三片 pork shoulder steaks x3
🔶粟粉 1 湯匙 corn flour 1 tbsp
🔶蒜頭三粒 garlic clove x3
(我超喜愛蒜頭的,所以其實我用了八粒,一般大家沒有很愛蒜頭的話,三粒便可以了)
🔶雞粉1.5茶匙 chicken powder x 1.5 tsp
(可以自己調味,差不多熟透後試味一下,可以自己增加雞粉的量)
🔶金不換 50 克 sweet basil 50g
做法:
1️⃣ 豬肉切片,用粟粉拌勻
2️⃣ 蒜頭切粒,或是用蒜蓉器壓碎
3️⃣ 中火,下兩湯匙油,放入蒜頭,大概1分鐘左右,放入豬肉片
4️⃣ 不斷翻炒豬肉及蒜蓉,直至豬肉九成熟透,過程大概 8 至10分鐘
5️⃣ 放入金不換,多炒兩三分鐘,完成
❤️ Stir fry pork with Thai sweet basil recipe
🌿How to cook :
1️⃣ sliced cut the pork shoulder steaks
2️⃣ mince the garlics
3️⃣ medium high heat , 2 tbsp of oil , fry the garlic for 1 min, then fry the pork together
4️⃣ keep stir frying the garlic and the pork until 90% cooked , around 8-10 mins
5️⃣ put the sweet Thai basil in, stir fry for 2-3 mins. Done !
好好吃的,配上蒜蓉炒芥蘭,今天吃中式午餐☺️

Today’s dish is not from my mothers recipe hehehe .. this is a dish that I picked up and fallen in loved with thru my travels to The Land Of Smiles , Thailand. I remembered one of my good buddy that I was traveling thru inner Asia asked me “you love this dish so much don’t you?” I said “how do you know?”
His reply nearly chocked me with laughter when he answered “well, it’s not hard to guess since this is the one dish that you ordered the most frequent since we have been on the road. From south Thailand to now Vientiane in Laos “ hehehehehe.. yup , I love this dish. The fresh smell of Thai Basil, the hot tangy taste of Cili and oyster sauce and a tinge of fish sauce to bring that Ong Bak kick to it.. this is my go to dish when i miss Thailand . Eaten best with hot white rice and Nam prik Kapee .. oiii Aroii Mak Mak .. today’s recipe is “Pad Gra Prow, Thai Basil Beef” •
