#throwback 來自中國雲南香格里拉海拔2600米的葡萄酒香！好高興又同Ao Yun #敖雲 酒莊及技術總監 Maxence Dulou 單對單在線上會面，並一同隔空試了剛推出市場嘅 #AoYun 2017年。由2013年第一瓶到現在，每年也在混合葡萄上作微調，去釀造出最代表當地風土（terroir)嘅葡萄酒，以Cabernet Sauvignon 為主要葡萄，還有Cabernet Franc, Syrah 及 Petit Verdot葡萄，今年還首次加入2% Merlot。最初聞落去比較害羞，開咗2個鐘後開始開，單寧幼滑而帶微甜，優雅而帶紫花、玫瑰、藍莓、黑莓、香料、雪茄葉、草本植物、甘草及橡木等味道，餘韻悠長。相當高質，只得4萬多支，喜歡法園波爾多紅酒style嘅朋友一定會對這瓶佳釀有驚喜！#Cheers! 🥰🍷
#Throwback Tasted the elegant red wine from 2600m above sea level from Shangrila, Yunnan, China! Very happy to chat with #MaxenceDulou , Estate & Technical Director, Ao Yun again via one on one zoom tasting & tried the new vintage Ao Yun 2017 together! Since its inaugural 2013 vintage, the blending composition has been fine tuned every year to showcase the style of the terroir! With Cabernet Sauvignon as the main grape variety, it is also blended with Cabernet Franc, Syrah & Petit Verdot. 2% Merlot has been added for the first time in 2017 vintage. It’s quite shy to show its aromas in the beginning and it takes about 2 hours’ breathing to start showing its characters, the tannins are silky with a sweet note, it’s elegant with roses, purple flower, blueberries, concentrated blackberries, toasty, elegantly herbaceous, tobacco leaf, spices & licorice notes. It has good acidity with long finish. It’s a high quality wine with about 40k bottles only. If u like Bordeaux style red wine, you’ll be surprised by this bottle! Cheers! 🥰🍷

Laurence Stewart will be joining Chelsea in a new position as technical
director to focus on football globally.
勞倫斯˙斯圖爾特將以技術總監的身份加入切爾西，專注於全球足球事務。
Stewart will join Chelsea when he completes his commitments to AS Monaco
where he is currently technical director, having moved to the Ligue 1 club
in June 2020. During his time at Monaco, the team recorded consecutive
third place finishes in Ligue 1 and was a finalist in the 2021 French Cup.
斯圖爾特於2020年六月加盟法甲俱樂部摩納哥擔任技術總監，一旦完成在摩納哥的工
作，他就將加盟切爾西。在摩納哥工作的期間，球隊在法甲聯賽中連續獲得第三名，
進入了2021年法國盃決賽。
Prior to his role as the technical director at AS Monaco, Laurence was the
global head of scouting at Red Bull Soccer International. Earlier in his
career, Laurence was the head of performance analysis at Manchester City,
senior recruitment coordinator at Everton, and was with the England
national team in a performance analyst role for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in
Brazil.
擔任摩納哥的技術總監之前，勞倫斯曾是紅牛足球國際的全球球探主管。在職業生涯
早期，勞倫斯曾在曼城擔任表現分析主管，在埃佛頓擔任資深招募專員，並在2014年
巴西世界盃期間為英格蘭國家隊擔任表現分析師。
On his appointment to his new role, Stewart said: 'I'm delighted to be
joining Chelsea and excited about the vision and direction of the club
under the new ownership group. I am excited to join them to help them
build a world-class global sporting organisation to consistently win on
the pitch at the highest levels and provide player pathways to help
develop our talent.'

Focus on 'Globally' here. As I said yesterday, Chelsea looking at a number
of roles for multi-club models. Some will stay at Chelsea, some will
oversee multi-clubs, others might focus on just the club/s we buy.

Don't expect this to change anything on the anticipated arrival of
Christopher Vivell - the club/global distinction being the key. Would
expect more confirmations and further clarity on appointments and titles
in near future
