ผมพูดอยู่บ่อยครั้งมากว่าเราจำเป็นต้องพัฒนาตนเองไว้เสมอ เพื่อรอจังหวะที่โอกาสมาถึงตัว และในทุกปัญหามีโอกาสให้เราแสดงศักยภาพ ความรู้ความสามารถของ รวมไปถึงต้องทำความเข้าใจให้ได้ว่าความรู้มีวันหมดอายุ เพราะฉนั้นต้องตามให้ทันว่าวันนี้ความรู้วิ่งไปถึงไหนแล้ว เราเดินนำ หรือวิ่งตามความรู้ที่ทันเหตุการณ์อยู่หรือเปล่า หรือเราถูกทิ้งไว้โดยไม่รู้ตัว

งานบริหารคนก็เหมือนกันครับ

พูดกันตรงไปตรงมา ผมเองในฐานะของ HR ก็ยังคงวิ่งไล่ตามความรู้เพื่อบริหารคนอยู่ เศรษฐกิจที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป เทคโนโลยีที่ก้าวหน้าขึ้น สภาพสังคมที่อยู่ร่วมกันในหลาย Generation ทำให้พฤติกรรมของคนทำงานเปลี่ยน สิ่งที่ผู้บริหาร และ HR ต้องประเมินและทบทวนอยู่เป็นระยะคือ เครื่องมือบริหารคนที่เราใช้อยู่ ยังเวิร์คอยู่หรือเปล่า

เวิร์คไม่เวิร์คไม่ได้วัดที่เราใช้เครื่องมือล่าสุดที่มี แต่อยู่ที่เลือกใช้เครื่องมือแบบไหนแล้วดึงศักยภาพคนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพที่สุด ตรงกับเป้าหมายขององค์กรมากที่สุด
แล้วถ้ายังเชื่อว่าคนคือหนึ่งในองค์ประกอบสำคัญที่ผลักดันให้ธุรกิจไปถึงเป้าหมาย ไม่ใช่แค่ HR ผู้บริหารในทุกระดับก็ต้องบริหารคนให้เป็นครับ

Society for Human Resources หรือ SHRM คือหนึ่งในแหล่งความรู้ที่ผมเข้าไป Update อยู่เสมอเพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์และบริบทการทำงานที่ผมเจออยู่ ซึ่งสิ่งที่น่ายินดีคือ SHRM ร่วมกับ Sasin School of Management หรือสถาบันบัณฑิตบริหารธุรกิจ ศศินทร์ แห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อขับเคลื่อนวิสัยทัศน์ HR ระดับโลกในประเทศไทย

นึกภาพว่า Global Best อย่าง SHRM เจอกับ Local Best อย่าง Sasin เราคงได้เห็นทั้งแนวคิด วิธีการ และความรู้ทันยุคสมัยที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงวิธีการบริหารคนเพื่อผลักดันให้องค์กรไปสู่เป้าหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น

หลักสูตร Advanced Diploma in HR Management Program คือหนึ่งในความร่วมมือของ Sasin และ SHRM อันนี้ส่วนตัวนะครับ ความน่าสนใจเป็นพิเศษของหลักสูตรนี้คือ การแบ่งการเนื้อหาออกเป็นสองระดับคือ ระดับ Basic และระดับ Advanced ซึ่งเราสามารถเลือกได้ว่าจะเรียนระดับไหน จะเลือกเรียนแค่เพียงหลักสูตรเดียวก็ยังได้ แล้วถ้าเรียนจนจบหลักสูตรเราใช้สิทธิเพื่อสอบ Diploma ในระดับสากลได้ด้วย
