一直以來我很佩服一種人，就是那種自制力超強，已經很努力，卻不停止的人。
拿健身來說，這是需要時間累積的，像我自己就是斷斷續續無法持之以恆，要壯不壯要瘦不瘦的。
所以我覺得這些人真的很屌，當自己去練就知道這有多不容易！
這次在淡水取景幫EDWIN跟JASON拍這個戶外健身影片，我覺得如果有一個兄弟一起練，互相監督的感覺真不賴💪🏾
