頭盤嘅Seared Prawn and Pomelo Salad有驚喜，調味酸甜清新，加咗金不換、芽菜等，充滿泰越風味，沙律菜亦新鮮爽甜，推薦😋 Steak Tartare加咗四川辣椒🌶，加入fusion元素，雖然味道唔差，但肉味略嫌被遮蓋🧐
兩個Main Courses都好食，Seared Salmon三文魚皮煎至脆卜卜，魚肉肉質保持鮮嫩。我特別鍾意底層配搭嘅燉茄子醬，帶有口感，酸甜開胃，同油香嘅三文魚好夾🍆 “Risotto”材料主要係菇菌類，但煮得好香，farro吸收醬汁嘅香味，食落有咬口👍🏻 甜品選擇不多，各點一款試吓！Mr. whippy 其實係雲呢嗱雪糕加上莓果醬，配搭芝麻脆片及燒菠蘿，酸甜軟脆集一身。朱古力芝士蛋糕則略嫌太甜，食兩啖就有D漏，唔值得加錢試🍫

[香港 中環 ] 蘇豪區性價比極高嘅法式小酒館Bouchon Bistro Français🇫🇷 呢排好鍾意去Bistro，氣氛Chill D 輕鬆D，加埋音樂，真係有去咗法國嘅感覺 🎶 呢度嘅Weekday Lunch Set超級抵食（好難得有朋友平日可以陪到我食lunch呀😘～），3 courses只係$158🤩

頭盤嘅 #法式洋蔥湯 值得加錢一試😏 呢度做得好正宗，湯頭濃郁充滿洋葱嘅香甜，焦化嘅洋蔥配搭金黃鹹香嘅Emmental芝士，加埋一齊完美呀🧅 主菜方面，我喺Steak Fries同Steak Tartare兩者掙扎咗好耐，因為一次過點兩個牛好似太多咁🤣 最後揀咗Steak Fries，牛扒肉味唔算好濃，但肉質軟腍，生熟度控制剛好，呢個價錢我覺得都收貨嘅😙 反而伴碟嘅 #幼薯條 有驚喜多D，新鮮即炸所以非常香脆😊 Pesto Spaghetti就比較普通，早知都係叫埋Steak Tartare啦🤣 甜品賣相精緻，Creme Brulee都唔錯，但Coconut Cake就真係太甜啦！
整體質素唔錯，平日lunch性價比好高，加上入面環境好靚，有機會都會回頭😊
