最近很難得做了鹹的小食 - 青蔥餐肉起士司康。
其實想做蠻久了，
青蔥都買了兩三回然後各種原因沒做，
都放到快發黃，只好自己吃掉 XD
參考 奧地利寶盒 老師的《愛司康》 製作，
不過原食譜用的是培根...
但手邊正好有韓國 spam 午餐肉，
鹹度應該不會差太多，就替代著用了。
午餐肉可能沒有培根煎得焦脆後那麼香，
但切成丁，多了一點 Q 彈的口感，
咬開後才竄出一股鹹香，覺得也挺好。
還可以假掰的走一個假韓風路線～
烤焙的時候，
我真的自己都快要被香死啊～～ 哈哈哈

上週朋友帶朋友們來坐，
其中一位只分食了一小口，
跟我說好好吃，就把剩下的全打包回家！
這小食做早餐或午後點心都蠻適合的，
又不會太負擔（是嗎
那位朋友還加自製酪梨醬、蕃茄和一咪咪紅酒醋，
我笑說她這吃法太高級！
