Inspired by Thai Sweet Basil Chicken, be prepared to sink your teeth into that juicy oversized minced chicken thigh patty with scallions, crispy fried chicken skins, spicy Thai basil relish, fried egg and The Butchers Club Burger's specialty bun. Yes, it is huge, it is messy and it is finger licking good!!! The Bird Slayer Grapow will be available on the menu for two weeks from today onwards. 10% of the sale of each burger will go to Chef Bjorn's chosen charity, Save Our Street Dogs.
