#灣仔 <笑林寺 Cloud Nine>
黃金堅壁($95HKD)是西多士,加煙肉、芝士和焦糖香蕉。特別推薦藍莓Scone($35HKD)👍🏼 看見他們在廚房新鮮製造,內裏鬆軟但外面同時脆口。配上悅眼的陶瓷瓦杯咖啡,出色。
My second visit to @cloudnine123456 in #WanChai. My parents have a habit of getting coffee every afternoon☕️ The coffee here, which is served in oriental porcelain cups, is too cute to not show my mum😍 So here we were for afternoon a few days ago.
Golden Open Toastie ($95HKD) French Toast with bacon, cheddar & caramelized bananas🍌 At first, we were quite taken aback by the unorthodox mix of sweet and savory. But this tasted surprisingly good in my opinion😋 Fyi, that’s honey on the side.
Blueberry Scone ($35HKD) This was SO yum! Saw them making these fresh in the kitchen. They were golden and crunchy on the outside, but fluffy on the inside🤤

《翠華素食肉醬🐷🍝》
近年好多餐廳都推出素食,估唔到連翠華都加入戰團。今次係用素肉醬 @omnipork 做成嘅兩款港式食物。

📍未來肉碎煎蛋飯($45)
Omnipork Bolognese Sauce and Fried Egg with Rice
燶邊蛋煎得好靚🍳,下面嘅素肉醬睇落同平日食開嘅肉醬冇乜分別,但食起嚟比平日嘅肉醬腍啲,撈埋白飯食🍚一啲都唔會膩。不過菜式本身唔夠熱,有啲扣分🙈。

📍新豬肉芝味焗意粉($49)
Baked Omnipork Bolognese Spaghetti
意粉上加上素肉醬同芝士去焗🍝,芝士幾香,不過肉醬味道較淡,蕃茄味亦未夠突出🍅,如果肉醬份量再多啲會更加開心。

Jumbo Frankfurter Hot Dog
隻大熱狗真係同手臂一樣長,見到都已經興奮😍,脆皮熱狗腸再在加上番茄醬同芥茉醬🌭,根本就冇得輸!
📍紅油鮮蝦抄手($43)
Spicy Shrimp Dumplings
抄手一共有六粒,個皮又薄又滑,中間包住爽口蝦肉🦐好食👍🏻,個紅油夠晒色又夠鹹,不過只係辣而冇麻味🌶。

📍升呢西多士伴雪糕($36)
Savory French Toast Bites served with Ice Cream
呢一個甜品係翠華名物,同平日食開嘅好唔同😆西多切到一粒粒,每邊都炸到金黃色,再疊起,賣相好吸引🤘🏻。配上煉奶同朱古力醬,唔會太甜,再加上一球雲呢拿雪糕🍨,整體上都算唔錯又唔會油膩。

奶油酥條Buttered Bread Strips
好吃秘訣:先煎乾土司再抹奶油,口感才會乾香脆
Tip for a great taste: For a dry and crispy taste, grill the bread first and then apply the butter
材料:
厚片土司1片、無鹽奶油100公克、細砂糖3大匙、肉桂粉適量
Ingredients:
One thick slice of bread, 100 grams of unsalted butter, 3 tablespoons of fine sugar, and a suitable amount of cinnamon
作法:
1.奶油隔水加熱至溶化;土司去2邊後切條。
2.熱鍋,將作法1的土司條放入鍋中,以小火煎至微焦上色。
3.用刷子將奶油均勻刷在土司四面。
4.開小火將土司條煎至金黃酥脆,再撒上細砂糖和肉桂粉即可。
Preparation Method:
1. Melt the butter into a liquid. After removing both edges of the bread, cut the bread into strips.
2. Heat the pan. Put in the bread strips from Step #1 into the pot. Fry over low heat until the toasted bread begins to turn a golden color.
3. Use a brush to apply the melted butter evenly onto all sides of the toast.
4. Fry the toast strips on low heat until golden brown and crispy. Then, sprinkle on the sugar and the cinnamon. That's all.
哈姆厚蛋吐司Ham and Eggs on Toast
好吃秘訣:煎蛋時稍微攪拌至蛋液凝固,口感才會嫩。
Tip for a great taste: For a tender taste, while frying the eggs, stir until the eggs are slightly solidified.
材料:
厚片土司1片、厚片洋火腿1片、雞蛋2顆、奶油適量
Ingredients:
One thick slice of bread, a thick slice of ham, two eggs, and a suitable amount of butter.
調味料:
鹽少許、奶油1大匙、黑胡椒適量
Seasoning:
A little salt, 1 tablespoon of butter, and a suitable amount of black pepper
作法:
1.雞蛋加入鹽打勻。
2.將土司放入鍋中,煎至表面微焦,表面抹上適量奶油後取出。
3.熱鍋倒入少許油,放入火腿,雙面煎熱後取出。
4.熱鍋放入奶油,將蛋液下鍋,待蛋略凝固後對折,煎熟後取出。
5.將作法3和4的蛋和火腿擺在土司上,撒上黑胡椒即可。
Preparation Method:
1. Whisk the salt evenly into the eggs.
2. Place the bread into the pan. Fry until the surface browns slightly. Cover the surface with the right amount of butter, and then remove.
3. Pour a little oil into the pan, add the ham and fry until both sides are cooked, then remove.
4. Put the butter into the pan and add the scrambled eggs. After the eggs have solidified a little, fold them over. Once finished cooking, remove them.
5. Place the ham and eggs from Steps 3 and 4 onto the toast. Sprinkle with black pepper. That's all.
法式吐司磚French Toast
好吃秘訣:吸飽鮮奶蛋液,土司煎好後才會蓬鬆香軟
Tip for a great taste: Saturate with the egg liquid and fresh milk. After the toast has cooked, it will taste fluffy and savory.
材料:
厚片土司1片、鮮奶100cc、雞蛋2顆、無鹽奶油20公克
Ingredients:
One thick slice of bread, 100cc's of fresh milk, 2 eggs, 20 grams of unsalted butter
調味料
蜂蜜3大匙
Seasoning:
3 tablespoons of honey
作法:
1.雞蛋與鮮奶混合拌勻成鮮奶蛋液備用。
2.將土司放入鮮奶蛋液中輕壓,使土司沾勻鮮奶蛋液,浸泡約3分鐘。
3.熱鍋,加入無鹽奶油,開小火,將土司放入鍋中煎至兩面金黃後取出備用。
4.淋上蜂蜜即可。
Instructions:
1. Stir the eggs and milk together evenly into a mixture.
2. Place the bread into the mixture and press down lightly, so that the toast is uniformly coated. Soak for about 3 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan. Add unsalted butter. On low heat, place the bread into the pan and fry until both sides turn golden brown.
4. Then, to finish it, top off with honey.
煉奶西多士Condensed Milk French Toast
好吃秘訣:用薄片土司,內餡才容易煎透,餡料更香濃
Tip for a great taste: Use thinly sliced bread. The filling will be easier to fry thoroughly and be more aromatic.
材料:
切片土司2片、花生醬2大匙、鮮奶50cc、雞蛋1顆、煉奶2大匙
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 50cc's of milk, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons of condensed milk
作法:
1.雞蛋與鮮奶混合拌勻成鮮奶蛋液備用。
2.將土司切掉硬邊,取一片土司塗上花生醬,再疊上另一片土司。
3.將土司放入作法1的鮮奶蛋液中輕壓,使土司沾勻鮮奶蛋液。
4.熱平底鍋,放入約1大匙的奶油,開小火將土司放入鍋中煎至兩面金黃後取出裝盤,淋上煉乳即可。
Instructions:
1. Stir the eggs and milk together evenly into a mixture.
2. Cut off the crust of the bread, coat one piece with peanut butter, and then stack it on another piece of bread.
3. Place the bread into the mixture and press it lightly, so that the bread is uniformly coated.
4. Heat a flat pan, add about 1 tablespoon of butter. On low heat, place the bread into the pan and fry until both sides turn gold. Move to a plate, then top it off with condensed milk.
