千島醬海鮮薄餅 (8”)

薄餅麵糰：
中筋麵粉 120 克
溫水 60 毫升
幹酵母 2 克
糖 5 克
鹽 1/3 茶匙
植物油 1湯匙

簡易千島醬：
番茄醬 70 克
蛋黃醬 30 克

其他：
帶子 4個（約100克）
鱈魚柳 1片（約100g）
煙燻三文魚片 6片（約60克）
水牛芝士碎 (Mozzarella) 50g
鹽 1/4 茶匙
胡椒粉 1/4 茶匙
橄欖油 1湯匙

*烤箱預熱190度，烤16-18分鐘

椒鹽燒粟米
粟米 1-2條
鹽和胡椒 1茶匙

醬：
味醂（甜酒） 2湯匙
黑糖 1湯匙
麻油 1茶匙

*烤箱預熱200度，烤12分鐘

檸檬帶子沙律
帶子（L尺寸）3-6個
海鮮（帶子/魚） 70 克
水耕菜苗 100g
鹽1/6 茶匙
胡椒粉 1/6 茶匙

沙拉汁：
檸檬汁 1湯匙（1/3檸檬）
胡麻沙律醬 2湯匙
檸檬皮

Seafood Pizza (8”)

Pizza dough:
All purpose flour 120 g
Warm water 60 ml
Dried yeast 2 g
Sugar 5 g
Salt 1/3 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Simple Thousand Island Dressing：
Ketchup 70 g
Mayonnaise 30 g

Other:
Scallops 3 pcs (about 80g)
Cod fillet 1 pc (about 100g)
Smoked Salmon 6pcs (about 60g)
Mozzarella cheese 50g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp

Preheat oven to 190’C, bake it for 16-18 mins

Grilled sweet corn with salt and pepper
Sweet Corn 1-2 pc
Salt and pepper 1 tsp

Sauce：
Mirin (Sweet sake) 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp

Preheat oven to 200’C, bake it for 12 mins

Lemon Scallops with Greens
Scallops (L size) 3-6 pcs
Seafood (Scallop/ fish) 70 g
Babyleaf 100g
Salt 1/6 tsp
Pepper 1/6 tsp

Salad dressing:
Lemon juice 1 tbsp(1/3 lemon)
Roasted sesame dressing 2 tbsp
Lemon zest
