Resepi Roti Bawang Putih Keju Ala Korea | Korean Cheese Garlic Bun Recipe

Bahan-Bahan (Bancuhan Keju)
250 gm krim keju
30 gm gula aising
50 ml krim putar
Roti burger
Bahan-Bahan (Bancuhan Sos Bawang Putih)
120 gm mentega (dicairkan)
4 ulas bawang putih (dicincang)
2 sb susu sejat
2 sb madu
1 biji telur
1 sb parsli kering
1/2 sk garam
Cara Memasak (Bancuhan Keju)
1. Menggunakan mixer, pukul krim keju sehingga kembang.
2. Masukkan krim putar dan pukul lagi sehingga kembang.
3. Kemudian, masukkan gula aising dan pukul sehingga sekata.
4. Masukkan ke dalam piping bag dan ketepikan dahulu.
Cara Memasak (Bancuhan Sos Bawang Putih)
1. Sediakan mangkuk berisi mentega cair.
2. Masukkan bawang putih yang telah dicincang, susu, madu, sebiji telur dan parsli kering.
3. Gaul sekata dan perasakan dengan sedikit garam.
Cara Penyediaan (Roti Bawang Putih Keju Ala Korea)
1. Potong roti burger kepada 8 bahagian (pastikan roti tersebut tidak putus).
2. Paipkan krim keju di setiap belahan roti tadi.
3. Celupkan roti ke dalam bancuhan sos bawang putih (pastikan setiap bahagian diselaputi rata).
4. Bakar pada suhu 120°C selama 10 minit.
5. Roti garlic keju ala Korea siap untuk dihidangkan.

30 gm icing sugar
50 ml whipping cream
Burger buns
Ingredients (Garlic Sauce)
120 gm butter (melted)
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 tbsp of evaporated milk
2 tbsp of honey
1 nos egg
1 tbsp of dried parsley
1/2 tsp of salt
Cooking Methods (Cream Cheese Filling)
1. Beat cream cheese using a mixer until smooth in texture.
2. Pour in whipping cream and beat until light and fluffy.
3. Then, put in icing sugar and mix them well.
4. Put cheese mixture into a piping bag and set it aside.
Cooking Methods (Garlic Sauce)
1. Prepare a bowl filled with melted butter.
2. Put in minced garlic, milk, honey, egg and dried parsley.
3. Mix them well and season with salt.
Preparation (Korean Cheese Garlic Bun)
1. Slice a burger bun into eight sections, leaving part of the cut slices still attached to the bun.
2. Pipe the cream cheese filling in between the slices.
3. Soak each bun into garlic sauce. Make sure the buns are evenly covered.
4. Bake at 120°C for 10 minutes.
5. Korean Cheese Garlic Bun is ready to be served.
