Resepi Ringkas Kon Kunafa Nutella | Simple Nutella Kunafa Cones Recipe

Bahan-bahan
2 cwn gula pasir
1 cwn air
200 ml krim putar tenusu
300 gm bihun (direndam dan ditoskan)
100 gm minyak jagung
100 gm Nutella
10 gm kacang pistachio (dihancurkan)
10 gm sprinkles
Acuan kon tanduk
Cara memasak
1. Masak air bersama gula sehingga pekat. Ketepikan.
2. Lilitkan bihun keliling acuan kon tanduk. Kemudian, gelekkan pada minyak jagung.
3. Bakar dalam ketuhar pada suhu 200°C selama 15-20 minit atau keperangan.
4. Ketepikan seketika untuk toskan minyak.
5. Kemudian, tuangkan air gula pada kunafa.
6. Pukul krim putar tenusu sehingga kembang dan puncak lembut.
7. Masukkan krim putar tenusu ke dalam piping bag. Lakukan perkara yang sama kepada Nutella.
8. Paipkan krim putar tenusu ke dalam kunafa berselang-seli dengan Nutella.
9. Kemudian, hiaskan dengan kacang pistachio dan sprinkles. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.

2 cups of granulated sugar
1 cup of water
200 ml dairy whipping cream
300 gm rice vermicelli (soaked and drained)
100 gm corn oil
100 gm Nutella
10 gm pistachio nuts (crushed)
10 gm sprinkles
Horn cone mold
Cooking methods
1. Boil water with sugar until thicken. Set aside.
2. Wrap rice vermicelli around the horn cone mold. Then, roll it in corn oil.
3. Bake inside oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
4. Set aside for a while to drain excess oil.
5. Then, pour sugar syrup over the kunafa.
6. Beat dairy whipping cream until fluffy and soft peak.
7. Place dairy whipped cream inside a piping bag. Do the same on Nutella.
8. Pipe dairy whipped cream into kunafa alternately with Nutella.
9. Then, garnish with crushed pistachio nuts and sprinkles. Ready to serve.

Resepi Churros Bersama Sos Coklat
Bahan-bahan (Churros)
100 gm mentega
275 ml air
150 gm tepung gandum
2 biji telur
1/2 sk serbuk kayu manis
3/4 cwn gula kastor
1 sk esen vanila
Bahan-bahan (Sos Coklat)
1 cwn coklat gelap
1/2 cwn susu penuh krim
1 sb mentega
Cara memasak
1. CHURROS: Masak air seketika. Masukkan mentega dan tunggu hingga cair.
2. Masukkan esen vanila dan tepung. Gaul sehingga campuran menjadi doh.
3. Ketepikan dan biarkan ia sejuk seketika.
4. Masukkan telur satu demi satu dan gaulkan sehingga doh berkilat.
5. Masukkan doh tersebut ke dalam piping bag.
6. Paipkan doh ke dalam minyak yang panas dengan anggaran 2 inci panjang setiap satu dan gunting.
7. Goreng sehingga keperangan. Angkat dan toskan.
8. Pindahkan churros ke dalam bekas bertutup. Tuangkan gula dan serbuk kayu manis. Tutup bekas dengan penutup dan goncangkan sehingga churros disalut rata.
9. SOS COKLAT: Panaskan coklat, susu, dan mentega atas api sederhana sehingga cair sebati.
10. Sejukkan seketika. Sos siap untuk dihidangkan bersama churros.

150 gm wheat flour
2 nos eggs
1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
3/4 cup of castor sugar
1 tsp of vanilla essence
Ingredients (Chocolate Sauce)
1 cup of dark chocolate
1/2 cup of full cream milk
1 tbsp of butter
Cooking methods
1. CHURROS: Bring water to a boil. Add in butter and cook until butter fully melted.
2. Add in vanilla essence and wheat flour. Mix until the mixture forming a dough.
3. Set aside and let it cool for a while.
4. Add in eggs one by one and beat until dough is shiny.
5. Place the dough inside a piping bag.
6. Pipe dough into hot oil with estimation of 2 inch long for each dough and snip off.
7. Deep fry until golden brown. Lift up and drain.
8. Transfer churros into a container. Pour in sugar and cinnamon powder. Close the lid and shake well until churros are fully coated.
9. CHOCOLATE SAUCE: Heat chocolate, milk, and butter over medium heat until fully melted and well-combined.
10. Let it cool and chocolate sauce is ready to be served with churros.

Cara memasak (Kek Pisang)
1. Pukul pisang menggunakan mixer sehingga lumat. Kemudian, masukkan gula kastor, minyak dan telur. Pukul adunan tersebut sehingga kembang.
2. Masukkan tepung yang diayak bersama serbuk penaik dan gaul sebati menggunakan spatula.
3. Masukkan esen vanila dan garam. Gaul sebati.
4. Sediakan loyang beralaskan kertas minyak dan tuangkan adunan kek 3/4 daripada loyang.
5. Taburkan cip coklat ke atas adunan tersebut dan bakar pada suhu 170°c selama 1 jam.
Nota: Kurangkan suhu pada 150°c sekiranya lapisan kek menjadi keperang-perangan.

3 bananas

1 tbsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1 tsp of salt
2 cups of wheat flour
Cooking methods (Banana Cake)
1. Mash bananas using a mixer until smooth. Then, add in castor sugar, oil and eggs. Beat the mixture until fluffy.
2. Sift flour and baking powder altogether and mix well using a spatula.
3. Add in vanilla essence and salt. Mix well.
4. Prepare a bread loaf mold lined with parchment paper and pour in cake batter to 3/4 of the mold.
5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over it and bake at 170°c for 1 hour.
Note: Reduce to 150°c if the top of the cake turns brown.
