Oh my heart, a beautiful video of our last Food Wars workshop before MCO!

It's been a quiet few months as we all take stock of what we hold dear and sacred, noticing the little things and missing the so big things.

In a lot of ways, I feel forever changed by the lessons I have learned as a mama during this time and as a specialist, I feel more confident than ever that Respectful Parenting principles are what our children need as they navigate the so big world and learn to still be kind, compassionate, resilient, bold, creative, bright, loving, joyful little ones.

As we move into a new season, I am really excited for some new programs and masterclasses that we will be launching in the coming months. I remember watching an edit of this 4 months ago and watching it again now, I notice completely different things. The power of community, of gathering and empowering mamas to stand up and show up with one another, the sacredness and respect for each other's stories and journeys - that it is unique and special to each child and family, the immense privilege of walking these mamas (and daddies!) and their littles through loving, leading, living that builds connection, trust, intimacy, warmth, growth and safe spaces.
