ขอให้คิดเสมอว่านี่คือบ้านเรา เราพร้อมต้อนรับทุกคน เราเลือกลูกค้าไม่ได้ แต่ลูกค้าเลือกได้ค่ะ ว่าจะเข้าไปใช้บริการที่ไหน
ทำอย่างไรให้ผูกมัดใจคุณลูกค้าให้อยู่กับเรา ประทับใจเราไปนานๆ

ถ้าคุณคิดว่ารับลูกค้าคนเดียวไม่ไหว คุณควร assignเพื่อนร่วมงานคุณให้ช่วยดูแล อย่าปล่อยให้ลูกค้ารอนาน การยื่นเอกสารอะไรก็แล้วแต่ ถึงแม้จะเป็นแค่กระดาษ A4แผ่นเดียวคุณควรใช้ 2มือยื่นพร้อมก้นอันนี้ขอเน้นว่า2มือค่ะพร้อมทั้งก้มหัวลงเล็กน้อย

ถ้ามือของคุณอีกข้างไม่ว่าง จำเป็นต้องยื่นมือเดียว ควรเปิดเอกสารให้พร้อมอ่านเสมอไม่ว่าจะเป็นเมนู ควรเปิดหน้าที่เป็น recommend หรือ promotion เมื่อลูกค้าก้าวเข้ามาในบ้านเรา น้ำสักแก้ว หรือผ้าเย็นสักผืน ควรเตรียมไว้ค่ะ

บ้านเราอากาศร้อนและ ในข่วงโควิดระบาดการทำความสะอาดมือก่อนหยิบจับอะไร สำคัญมากค่ะ เวลาแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์หรือ รายการอาหารห้ามใช้นิ้วชี้นะคะ ให้ผายมือไปที่สิ่งของหรือที่เมนูแต่ละบรรทัด
และเวลายืนอย่าลืมเรื่องนำ้หนักขา2ข้างต้องเท่ากันนะคะ

การให้บริการควรให้ลูกค้าได้คิดเอง ว่าจะทานอะไร เราเป็นแค่แนะนำ ว่าของเราดี ของเราเด็ดตรงจุดไหนเท่านั้น ถึงเวลาที่คุณต้องงัดคุณสมบัติที่ได้ฝึกปรือมาอย่างดีทำยังไงก็ได้คุณลูกค้าหยุดฟังคุณอธิบายแบบต้องมนต์

แต่ อย่ายัดเยียด ถ้าเมื่อใดก็ตามที่ลูกค้ารู้สึกว่าโดนบังคับ คะแนนคุณติดลบทันที ถ้าคุณลูกค้าตัดสินใจไม่ได้ เรามีหน้าที่แค่ให้คำแนะนำ ที่เหลือให้ลูกค้าตัดสินใจเอง

ระหว่างลูกค้าตัดสินใจนั้น อย่าจ้องมองแบบรอคอยว่า(เมื่อไหร่จะตัดสินใจได้สักที!นะจะซื้อรึเปล่าไม่รู้)แค่คิดในใจแต่มันออกมาทางสายตาและท่าทางอย่างไม่รู้ตัวค่ะ (react )อย่าคิดว่าลูกค้าไม่ทราบนะคะ ไม่สุภาพอีกเหมือนกันค่ะ

คุณควรให้เวลาลูกค้าได้คิดได้ลอง ลูกค้าจะทราบเองว่าอะไรเหมาะกับเค้า และถ้าลูกค้าไม่ซื้อ อย่าแสดงอาการผิดหวัง มันจะออกมาจากนำ้เสียงค่ะ ควรยิ้มและเคารพการตัดสินใจของลูกค้า อาจทิ้งท้ายประโยคว่าดิฉัน(ชื่อของคุณ)ยินดีให้บริการคุณลูกค้าเสมอคะ สรรพนามที่ควรเรียกอาจจะใช้ชื่อตัวเองเลยค่ะ อย่าเรียกลูกค้าว่า คุณพี่ คุณน้อง คุณป้า ลูกค้าไม่อยากมานับญาติกับคุณค่ะ

อ้อ! อีกคำเรียกลูกค้าว่าลูก แล้วแทนตัวเองว่าแม่ อันนี้ขอเลยค่ะ ไม่สุภาพอย่างยิ่ง ไม่รู้เป็นแม่ลูกกันตอนไหน
