Q3️⃣How can we have more & quicker milk flow?
Stress can decrease your milk supply! I hired a lactation consultant before - 佢好大力咁幫我通乳，我喊到形容唔到幾痛，加上佢逼我要有一個好嚴格嘅 BF schedule，我同BB都好辛苦，壓力更加影響milk supply🤦🏻‍♀️
