These are three of my post-run stretches: #pyramidpose #revolvedtriangle and #standingforwardfold. They are by and large hamstring stretches and you can actually do all of the above with knees bent 🦵🏼. Straight legs are not for everyone, especially if you have #tighthamstrings. If you insist on doing any #hamstringstretch with legs straight, you might risk tearing them. So please bend the knees if that’s you.
