香港地要找個地方吃薄餅不難，但要找一片做得正宗又好吃的薄餅就真正難，還好有這個地方。

作為「減碳人」，其實這個地方已少來。不過今天有兩大理由，其一就是薄餅大師Franco Pepe。他做的薄餅就是看那烤得氣孔豐富的邊位就知道有水準。今天還加入調酒大師Giancarlo Mancino的配酒，當然更令人期待。

Ananascosta在意大利文是「隱藏的菠蘿」的意思，烤得外層微脆的餅筒內藏菠蘿、火腿及芝士，味道鹹香中有甜味，咬下去芝士是爆發而出的，有趣。La ’Pizza Ritrovata” Mastro Stefano是茄醬加鮮茄的組合，黑橄欖及酸子在調味上起了重要的作用。Margherita Sbagliata是最經典的水牛芝士、羅勒葉及蕃茄的組合，做成醬汁的羅勒葉味道是濃烈的。Memento “Vegan”內那帶甜味的洋蔥及雞心豆忌廉是亮點，配上鬆軟又香味十足的薄餅底是不錯的素食之選。甜點也是薄餅，Crisommola 用上茅屋芝士及杏甫果占，灑上烤榛子及黑橄欖碎也是香味十足的。

薄餅大師Franco只逗留至三月十日，要試他的手勢要快手了。
