Another great PASIC this year!
This year I was fortunate to see so many amazing concerts! I also got to meet so many new peopl - and many new friends! Of course, I got to spend some time with many old friends as well. This is what makes music beautiful~ I loved all the warm hugs I got during this time!
Aside from spending my weekend at PASIC, I got to experience my first Bands of America Grand Nationals! My students at UNA were invited to perform at the end of the event! It was fun, and I am so proud of how well they performed. There was even time beforehand to watch some of the high schools perform, and they were so amazing! I can't imagine being able to perform shows like they do when I was their age. One of the coolest things I got to do was being able to go up to the lounge area, enjoy the VIP room with yummy food, and talk to some amazing Yamaha musicians. It’s all thanks to Dr. Tracy Wiggins!
This last week was a week full of love, I’m so looking forward to the next one!!
一年一度的打擊年會結束了，每年最期待這個時候在Indy的打擊盛會！今年也是忙忙碌碌的一個年會，聽了幾場令人心曠神怡的音樂會，也努力的在展場跑來跑去～ 最重要的還是和許久不見的老友團聚，得到好多溫暖的擁抱、貼心的叮嚀，也很開心能認識許多新朋友～
除了年會外，今年很特別的有機會參與Band of America’s (簡單來說就是高中的DCI). 學校的行進樂隊被邀請來冠軍賽當嘉賓團隊演出～還有因為老闆Dr. Wiggins 的關係，幸運的可以做到包廂享受VIP待遇～突然覺得好fancy!
