Video - The Twins loving School
We never had problems sending our kids to School even from a very young age .
Be it Bella , Tasha , Adam or Noah .
The kids are always hunger for knowledge wanting to learn new things .
Some kids cry not wanting to go .
Some kids throw tantrums lasting for weeks and parents not knowing what to do ..
So how do I do it ?
Here’s some tips to make the transition easy peasy .
1. Exposure from young
Toddlers as young as 2 years old need to be exposed to new surroundings and new people .
Most kids are terrified being left out to a new place which explains their reactions .
2. Separation anxiety
When a child is too attached to their parents he will cry his lungs out not wanting
to be separated . It becomes difficult when Mommy or Daddy is already at the gate wanting to leave .
3. Prepare them the night before
Before bedtime describe the kids plan for School the next day . A child doesn’t like surprises and needs to know what to expect . Just like us adults .
4. Make the journey fun
Put on some nursery rhymes or sing along while driving to the School .
These activities put them in a happy mood once they arrive at School .
5. Say Goodbye and leave
Drop the child at the gate , hugs & kisses and walk off . Don’t dilly dally too long or the child might change his mind wanting to follow you back .
6. Hug them proudly
Upon picking the Child from School , hug them tightly and say how proud you are .
It builds their level of confidence and feeling good at the same time .
7. Ask your Child how exciting School was .
Listen as he describes the fun things done at School . Beam with pride . Let him do the talking . The Euphoric feeling will make the Child wanting to go to School the next day .
8. Ask the teachers
Always enquire about your Child’s level of happiness at School . A child who is playful and socialising well indicate that he’s comfortable and happy at School .
9. Listen to their complaints and take them seriously. Help your kid to solve what’s bothering them at School.
10. Choose the right School

How do we teach our kids to be independent and not clingy ?
You should start them from a very young age ....from the day they were born .
Here's some tips ...
1. Let them be
Placed back the baby into the crib after every feed
2. Music
It helps to soothe the baby feeling comfortable.
3. Surrounded with toys
Allow the child to play by themselves which keeps them occupied .
4. Watch from afar
A child feels comfortable knowing Mommy is there in the room .
5. Take your time
When a child cries , do not panic and rush to them . Walk slowly and ask him why ...
6. Dont carry them too often
Babies love doing so and soon becomes a habit hence will cry each time you put them down . That's when trouble starts ...
7. Pat the baby to sleep
Never dodoi the baby to sleep . Just lie next to him till he falls asleep by singing a lullaby .
8. Encourage them
Talk and communicate with them .
Encouraging words do help to build confidence in our toddlers .
9. Educational and DIY activities
Keep your child occupied with toys they love , paints and artwork .
The Boys can play legos for hours without interrupting ....
10. Don't be too protective
Expose your child to outdoor activities . Just sit on the bench and let your child play freely . Its okay to fall as long as the environment is safe . It builds character ...
By doing so the child will be comfortable and confident being on his own .

So...yoga. Kids. What’s the connection? Well, yoga is beneficial for toddlers in many ways. For Fatimah & Ali, it’s a chance to have fun! It’s Mamajee’s @adamdidam (Fatimah’s uncle) idea of combining nursery rhymes with exercise, and it works! Yoga also builds children’s confidence, making them feel ready to take on the world! Increased concentration can also be gained through yoga, as it is needed a lot during the exercises. In short, yoga is something that is great for us all, especially children, which is why we have decided to release a new yoga video today to let YOU have a good start to the week and chase away those Monday blues! WELCOME TO YOGA WITH FATIMAH...and Ali⁉️
