TERBANG BERSAMA MDB (Bhg 34)

Saya dah mula berjinak2 dengan kewangan Islam sejak 1994 bila dipaksa sedia silabus baru fekah muamalah kontemporari. Secara tidak langsung, saya dah nampak potensi bidang ini. Hati saya terbelah dua; satu ingin jadi usulist (ahli usul fekah) & ahli kewangan Islam moden.

Saya dapat berita satu seminar antarabangsa kewangan Islam di Dubai anjuran Dow Jones (1996). Saya tak malu2 minta jadi speaker. Saya belum ada nama. Jarang orang buat. Saya tak nak pergi guna duit Universiti sekadar jadi peserta.

Untuk tunjukkan kesungguhan, saya dah siap satu paper untuk dibentangkan bertajuk 'al-Ijaratan' iaitu dua kontrak sewaan; satu tempoh panjang & satu tempoh pendek.

Inilah kali pertama saya menjejak kaki di Dubai. Seminar berlangsung di hotel Grand Hyatt. Inilah kali pertama saya berada dalam seminar kewangan Islam antarabangsa (malangnya foto tidak ada). Inilah tiket pertama saya juga ke dunia baru saya sebagai penasihat Syariah global. Saya mula kenal Who is Who. Saya mula kenal Rushdi Siddiqi dari Dow Jones Islamic Index. Juga Adam Ebrahim dari dana Oasis di Cape Town. Waktu malam, saya bersosialiasi dengan rakan2 baru. Kami keluar makan bersama & pulang berjalan kaki bersama. Riuh rendah. Ini menjadikan kami intim sampai sekarang.

Ditakdirkan Adam Ebrahim, founder & CEO Oasis suka kepada saya. Dia terus menjemput saya ke Cape Town bagi mengenali dana Islam yang beliau kendali. Beberapa bulan selepas itu, saya terbang ke Cape Town. Ini kali pertama saya terbang naik business class. Macam jakun. Rasa macam tak percaya. Rasa macam di syurga.

Bila sampai di sana, saya terus tertarik dengan Table Mountain. Bagi saya, Cape Town satu tempat yang perlu dilawati kalau ada kemampuan. Terlalu cantik & istimewa.

Buat pertama kali, saya diminta libat urus (engage) dengan komuniti secara langsung. Sebelum ini, saya hanya bercakap dari pentas & dewan kuliah. Cape Town mengajar saya menjadi pendengar, pemikir & pencari solusi dalam masa yang sama. Hati bedebar2. Badan berpeluh2.

Kalau nak jadi penasihat, minda kena bijak & tangkas. Juga humble. Saya amat seronok kerana Allah mudahkan saya menyantuni komuniti. Saya dapat keterujaaan.

以前SNSやテレビで話題になった、ハーベストミルフィーユサンドを大好きなイチゴ入りで作ってみました。さっぱりおいしい。
*レシピ*（3個分）
１．ザルにキッチンペーパーを置き、その上に無糖ヨーグルト 450gを入れ水切りヨーグルトを作る。
7時間半水切りし、ホエー 200gが出た水切りヨーグルトができました。
２．イチゴをスライスする。1個を7枚と10枚にスライスしたもの2通り準備しました。
３．ハーベスト バタートーストに（1）を塗る。
４．一番下にミントの葉を数枚重ねてハーベストで挟む。
５．（1）を平らに塗り、イチゴのヘタに近い方から順に1枚おく。
６．（5）を繰り返す。
水切りヨーグルト少し余りました。
７．ラップでゆったりと包み、冷蔵庫で2時間半から一晩冷やす。
８．でけた。
ヨーグルトに甘みがなくてもさっぱりとおいしいです。お好みで砂糖を20gほど加えるのもアリだと思います。
撮影時で2時間半から3時間半経過した状態です。一晩おいても食べてみましたが、ハーベストがよりしっとり、やわっとした食感になりました。いずれもとても柔らかく崩れやすいので気をつけてください。

I tried making Tohato's Harvest Crepe Cake, which were once the talk of the town on social media and TV in Japan, with my favorite strawberries. It's refreshing and delicious.
* Recipe * (for 3 crepe cakes)
1.Place kitchen paper on a colander and put 450g of unsweetened yogurt on it to make drained yogurt. After draining for 7.5 hours, we have a drained yogurt with 200g of whey.
2.Slice the strawberries into two pieces, one with 7 slices and one with 10 slices.
3.Spread (1) on the Tohato Harvest buttered toast.
4.Place a few mint leaves on the bottom and sandwich them with Harvest.
5.Spread (1) flat and place a piece of (2) on top, taking into account the order.
6.Repeat step (5).
7.Wrap it loosely in plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator for 2.5 hours to overnight.
8.Done.
Even if the yogurt is not sweet, it is refreshingly delicious. You can add about 20g of sugar if you like.
At the time of shooting, 2.5 to 3.5 hours have passed. I also tried it overnight, and found the Harvest to be more moist and soft. Both are very soft and crumble easily, so please be careful.

I am -I mean me and my lovely Lynl's Academy team are from a tiny town called Bien Hoa.
One of my major plans for the class is redesigning the interior since it is not the most eye-pleasing sight.
The "study routine" for Lynn students is as enjoyable as it can get for a class because it's base on their mood.
I teach them how to be real with our feeling, whoever we are, wherever we in and the diversity is crazy. My goal is to help them know who they are, heal the student souls from all the barricades and develop their art skill at the same time. Basically, Im not running around the class to teach them how to draw but to help students print their feeling and thought on the paper because nothing is scarier than a blank piece of paper.
So I am trying to reach out to as many kids as possible to let them know that they are not alone.
