【專文】光流、VR與梵谷的生命故事

在研究所的時候，因為接觸了光流（Optical flow），也讓我把在這個運動著的世界裡感覺到的明顯的視覺運動現象（例如，當你坐在火車上，然後往窗外看。你可以看到樹、地面、建築等等，他們都在往後退），應用在VR（虛擬實境）上頭，來幫助帕金森氏症的患者，找回自身的平衡與強化其運動表現。
在 #梵谷 的畫作中，近看會像是由顏料所堆疊而成的浮雕。充滿了色料，而遠看卻不是一幅抽象畫，卻是「震顫」著原始「生命」和「吶喊」的呼喚！我輕拂著書頁，望著「旋轉」與「流動」的星空，腦中想起了「光流」。在梵谷的眼中，群山蜂擁、雲朵圍繞、星空綻放、麥田搖晃、鳶尾花跳動著生機，他是在「瘋狂」地融入大自然的擾動中，化作一縷清風，飄揚而去……
