Yes, ithis is indeed the pride of Sarawak, Alena Murang! Not only she's talented in music, she also has something to say to us. Her message for all of us is that there is just too many taboos or "pantang" surrounding mental illness. People are scared of talking about it, and some are even scared of knowing about it. Maybe you think it's nothing, but it is this very "pantang" or stigma that is keeping those with mental disorder from seeking proper help.
