Legend never dies namanya ni. Mitos yg sangat legend. Sbb dari sekian tahun zaman tok kadok until now.. ada lagi yg percaya and sebarkan benda ni.
Minum air ais ni mana boleh bekukan lemak dalam badan anda! Badan manusia Allah jadikan saangat canggih. Bila kita minum air sejuk, air itu masuk ke dalam badan kita. Apa yg berlaku, suhu air itu yang akan bertukar dan terpaksa mengikut suhu di dalam badan manusia. Bukan nya badan manusia yg kene ikut suhu air tu plak.
In fact, ada kajian mengatakan, minum air sejuk ni membantu tingkatkan metabolisme badan dan jgk bantu utk turunkam berat lagi laju.
Saya sendiri pun mmg sukaaa minum air sejuk! Saya kurangg minum air panas2 ni.. hehe.. boleh je turunkan 13kg berat walau minum air ais!

Nếu bạn là một người có kết hợp cả ăn uống và tập luyện thì bữa ăn trước tập và sau tập là vô cùng quan trọng đấy nhé.
Bình thường trước tập mình sẽ nạp tinh bột để có năng lượng sau tập, thường là 1 bữa ăn nhẹ í.
Trước tập nên chọn những gì ăn nhanh nhanh, và nên ăn trước khi tập từ 30p-1 tiếng nha. Mình khá bận rộn nên thường ưu tiên ăn những gì phải chuẩn bị thật nhanh, ví dụ như Granola vs sữa chua chẳng hạn 😆
Đợt này dùng thử Granola của @vuayenmach mà không ngờ hợp khẩu vị ghê 🙌 Thành phần lạ cực, còn có cả TÁO ĐỎ sấy khô nữa, ăn giòn giòn khá là thú vị, nutrition fact cũng cực kì rõ ràng lun nên mình khá yên tâm ở khoản này.
Nàng nào muốn ăn ngon mà dáng vẫn đẹp, muốn giảm cân an toàn và hiệu quả thì thực đơn k thể thiếu superfood Granola đâu nhớ 😉

- 100g sữa chua không đường
- 30g granola @vuayenmach
- Topping: Chuối + berries

Được ngày hôm nay Hà Nội k quá lạnh, k quá nóng, gió mát mát, tâm trạng lâng lâng, lại nhận thêm đc packet quà từ @happioha 🥳 Mấy gói granola xinh quá cơ í, và điều làm mình khá bất ngờ là nhiều vị quáaaa, mỗi vị một màu: dứa, choco bana, matcha, berries,...
Nếu bạn nào muốn tìm những vị lạ lạ của granola hãy tham khảo thử nhé 😉 granola rất nhiều hạt, đc nướng giòn lắm lun, ăn vs sữa chua hoặc sinh tố là hết sảy bà bảy.
Vs cả mình cực thích những sản phẩm có nutrition fact rõ ràng để vừa ăn vừa ước lượng calo trong ngày í 👍🏾 Và càng yên tâm hơn khi biết được granola này đc làm bởi dược sĩ, vậy nên chất lượng cho sức khoẻ khỏi bàn cãi nha! 😉

SOY HONEY GLAZED SALMON RICE BOWL (2 bowls)
Ingredients:
200g Salmon Fillet
1/2 cup Edamame, peeled
1/2 cup Cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
2 Eggs
2 small bowls of Cooked Rice
Marinade:
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp. Honey
1/2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 Garlic Cloves, diced
Steps:
1) Pre-heat oven to 185C / 365F.
2) Start by making the marinade. In a small bowl, whist together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar and garlic.
3) Place the salmon onto a baking dish covered with foil. Brush the soy sauce garlic marinade onto the salmon and let rest for 15 minutes.
4) Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon is fully cooked through.
5) In the meantime, you can slice all the vegetables and make sunny side ups.
6) Once the salmon is done, remove from oven and let’d start to assemble our rice bowl.
7) Start with the base, which is the rice. And neatly arrange all the ingredients on top of the rice.
8) Top it up with a little of sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Serve immediately.
CHILLI BEEF RICE BOWL (2 bowls)
Ingredients:
300g Beef Fillet
1/2 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Onion, sliced
4 - 5 Small Chilli, sliced
A bunch of Parsley, sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, sliced
100g Baby Spinach
2 Eggs
1/2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
2 small bowls of Cooked Rice
Steps:
1) Thinly slice the beef fillet.
2) Then marinade it with teriyaki sauce and let it sit for about 10 - 15 minutes.
3) In the meantime, let’s slice all the vegetables - onion, small chillis and parsley.
4) Coat the pan with sesame oil, and cook the onions until lightly golden brown and fragrant.
5) Add in the beef and lightly stir-fry until it’s almost cooked, for 3 - 5 minutes.
6) Then stir in the chillis and parsley, continue to cook very quickly for another 2 - 3 minutes. Done!
7) Now let’s cook the baby spinach. In a pan, stir-fry the garlic until golden brown and fragrant.
Then add in the baby spinach and a little bit of soy sauce. Cook very quickly for 1 - 2 minutes and it’s done. Avoid overcooking the baby spinach as we want to still keep it crunchy.
8) Finally, cook 2 sunny side ups.
9) Let’s assemble our rice bowl. Start with the base, which is the rice. And neatly arrange all the ingredients on top of the rice.
10) Top it up with a little of sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Serve immediately.
TEMPEH KIMCHI RICE BOWL (2 bowls)
Ingredients:
300g Tempeh, sliced
1/2 cup Kimchi
100 Baby Spinach
2 Garlic Cloves, diced
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
2 small bowls of Cooked Rice
Marinade:
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp. Honey
1/2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 Garlic Cloves, diced
Steps:
1) Pre-heat oven to 185C / 365F.

3) Thinly slice the tempeh and place it onto a baking dish. Brush the marinade onto the tempeh and let rest for 15 minutes.
4) Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until tempeh is lightly browned.
5) Now let’s cook the baby spinach. In a pan, stir-fry the garlic until golden brown and fragrant.
6) Then add in the baby spinach and a little bit of soy sauce. Cook very quickly for 1 - 2 minutes and it’s done. Avoid overcooking the baby spinach as we want to still keep it crunchy.
7) Let’s assemble our rice bowl. Start with the base, which is the rice. And neatly arrange all the ingredients on top of the rice - tempeh, kimchi and spinach.
8) If you are new to eating kimchi, then start with 1 tablespoon. If you love kimchi, then serve more. Kimchi is a great source of probiotics.
9) Top it up with a little of sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Serve immediately.

How to Design an Effective Workout Plan: Ultimate Guide for Beginners | Joanna Soh
Having an effective workout programme is extremely important towards achieving your fitness goals. You can’t just have a goal and expect to achieve it, if you don’t have a clear and detailed plan. Without it, you’re probably wasting your time and effort.
There isn’t a “one plan fits all” solution. That’s because we are all different. Creating an exercise programme varies based on your age, goal, fitness level, lifestyle and more. Even with tons of workout videos out there, you still need to have the knowledge of knowing why you’re doing this workout, rather than just blindly following it..
So what I’ll be sharing with you today are the foundations to start a simple yet effective workout programme. It might sound daunting, but once you know the basics and build from there, it isn’t difficult, in fact it’s a lot of fun. I’m going to try to keep it really simple and break it down into 5 steps.
