1️⃣ First pincha #postpartum
Rested for a few months after giving birth. Got my spine realigned by an osteopath. Went to see a physio for my pelvic floor. Got a tummy bind. And I think my body is ready to practice inversions again. Took a few kicks to get up there. Used the wall as a safety net. Feeling shaky but also feeling strong. This #pinchamayurasana definitely feels different but in a good way :)
